| Once a unit has been bought, and KOMTRAX™ activated, a good service and parts program is essential and can significantly increase the resale value of the unit. Komatsu offers several levels of service agreements, including a new extension of the standard machine warranty that covers not only basic maintenance but also any unexpected repairs for up to five years, with all skilled labour entrusted to expert Komatsu mechanics. |
